Get up and running quickly. Simply download the application, try it out, then sign up for a monthly subscription. The uncluttered interface is easy to understand. Some training is required, but once you set your preferences, simply load up the flights at the start of each day in the Filter Manager and go. Start seeing results the same day you start using Dispatch.

The Dispatch program has simple, clean lines and every function can be done using the drop down menus or buttons in a toolbar, your dispatcher can use whichever one they are more comfortable with. Each dispatcher can save their map and color preferences and reset it when their shift starts. Cool satellite maps keep it interesting.
Track flights from take-off to landing. With Dispatch, flights in your filter manager are automatically displayed on the screen with the latest flight information. As soon as the flight has departed, you will know its ETA and can adjust your cars accordingly. Use Alerts Manager to push flight status. Set up the Alerts Manager to tell you when flights depart, when the ETA changes or when the flight is diverted via email or a desktop alert. Flight schedules are only guidelines. With Filter Manager in Dispatch, your dispatchers can reassign cars or drivers to match real-time ETAs.
